- All returns will be accepted within 30 days from
ship date. See policy for inkjet/toner cartridges.
- All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
- Any product that has been used more than 50% will be
evaluated and/if credit due, will be issued on an
individual basis.
- All purchases made through a retail store/shows must
be returned to the place of purchase.
- Purchases made directly through our website or
customer service department may be returned directly to
us.
- To return or replace a product, you will need to
obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return
address prior to returning the item. Please
contact us to receive this information.
- All remanufactured inkjet/toner cartridges, are
covered by a 90-day warranty from the shipment
date.
